GRPS has no limitations to the size of area that can be imaged, and also has instant results so the findings can be marked directly on the surface in real time with no waiting for films to be developed as with traditional x-ray. GPRS was able to scan multiple large areas, overhead, quickly and efficiently. Ground Penetrating Radar only needs access to one side of the concrete as well; therefore they did not need to disrupt the tenant above where the work was being performed. This was ideal for the customer as they were on a tight timeline and did not need any further delays in their schedule. GPR is the new way to x-ray.
