GPRS Locates Conduits in Pan Decking – Centennial, Colorado

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems was contacted by Integrated Plumbing of Centennial Colorado to locate conduits in a pan deck slab. The contractor was installing new plumbing fixtures and needed to cut the concrete to install the piping for venting and drains. The customer needed to make sure they were not going to strike any conduits. GPRS of Denver was able to mobilize and locate all items in the slab before core drills were performed.

The technician on site was quickly able to image the concrete and identify the thick and thin parts of the pan deck, and also any conduits that where in the slab using ground penetrating radar. GPR has no limitations to the size of an area that can be imaged. We are able to scan any size area that is needed and all findings are marked directly on the surface for the customer, for instant results. GPRS is the new way to x-ray.

In addition to locating conduits in a pan deck slab in Greenwood Village Colorado, we offer other non-destructive services. They include locating reinforcement in Aurora, or clearing for boring locations in Wyoming, or testing concrete thickness in Colorado Springs Colorado.
