Concrete Analysis For Electrical Contractor At Brighton, Colorado Police Department

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems was contacted by Vaughn’s Electric to locate conduits and utilities in a slab with pan decking below. Vaughn’s Electric was going to core drill 3” holes at numerous spots in the slab. Sonar was called because the Police Department did not want the core driller to hit any conduits that could harm or shut down the building.

Radar was also used in the courtroom to locate any conduits so the core driller could drill holes in the slab for circuit boxes. There was no conduit located in the slab of the courtroom but the scanned areas were boxed in with tape at customer’s request.
